Supporting documentation is essential. This may include digital copies of registration certificates or a letter of authorization if you are acting as a legal agent. 03. Enforcement & Remediation
Once an infringement claim is validated, Classymanshop acts with decisive speed to protect the integrity of our marketplace and the rights of the intellectual property owner.
Immediate Removal: We will remove the offending product listing from our storefront within 24-48 business hours of verification. Access to the material will be disabled globally to prevent further unauthorized transactions.
Vendor Discipline: We hold our supply chain to the same standards as our internal artisans. If a third-party partner is found to be supplying counterfeit or infringing goods, their partnership with Classymanshop will be terminated immediately.
