Because our wallets are crafted from premium, full-grain leather, they are sensitive to their environment. To be eligible for a full reimbursement, the item must be returned in its original, "shop-fresh" condition. This means no scuffs, no stretch marks on the card slots, and no exposure to moisture or oils that would initiate the patina process prematurely. 02. Specific Case Management
Change of Mind or Personal Style
We recognize that leather is a tactile and highly personal choice. If the specific hue or grain density does not align with your preference, you are fully entitled to a return. At Classymanshop, we believe in a frictionless experience; therefore, we do not charge any restocking fees. Your only responsibility is to initiate the process within the 30-day window. Craftsmanship Defects & Faulty Goods
Handmade does not mean imperfect in utility. If you receive a wallet with structural flaws—such as a failing seam, hardware malfunction, or an unintended blemish in the leather—we consider this a breach of our promise. These instances are prioritized under our Terms of Service. We will provide a 100% refund or ship a replacement crafted with priority status.
Logistical Errors & Non-Delivery
If the item delivered is not what you ordered, or if your package arrives visibly damaged by the carrier, please contact our support concierge within 48 hours. For shipments that never reach their destination, we utilize our Live Tracking Data to verify the loss. Confirmed lost packages are eligible for a full refund or immediate re-shipment as outlined in our Shipping & Delivery protocols.

Shipping Costs: Classymanshop assumes full responsibility for return shipping costs. Upon approval of your return request, we will issue a pre-paid shipping label. Restocking Fees: There are absolutely no hidden fees, administrative costs, or restocking deductions. The value of your original purchase is exactly what will be returned to you.
04. Reimbursement Protocol
Once your return package arrives at our physical studio located at 7404 Metzger Ave, Anchorage, AK 99506, United States, it undergoes a meticulous quality inspection. This ensures the wallet can be re-homed or recycled appropriately.
The Refund Window: Following the successful inspection of your item, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Our internal processing time is guaranteed within 5 business days. 05. Cancellation Requests
If you need to revoke an order, please do so within 12 hours of placement. Because our artisans begin the leather selection and cutting process shortly after an order is received, requests made after this window will be treated as standard returns.
