By visiting Classymanshop and/or purchasing handcrafted goods from us, you signify your irrevocable consent to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms of this agreement, you are prohibited from accessing the website or utilizing any of our services.
Eligibility: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. Any unauthorized or illegal use of our products is a violation of this agreement and will result in an immediate termination of your access. 02. Intellectual Property Governance
Every element of Classymanshop—including but not limited to text, leather designs, logos, product photography, and high-fidelity graphics—is the exclusive property of Classymanshop and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

Proprietary Assets
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the site for personal shopping. You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, duplicating, selling, or exploiting any portion of the Service or the creative assets within our workshop without express written permission from our Anchorage HQ. Unauthorized use will be prosecuted under our IP Claim framework and DMCA Policy.

Artisanal Signatures
Our designs represent the soul of our craft. Any attempt to replicate or reverse-engineer our leather goods for commercial gain is a direct breach of this constitution. For more on our design philosophy, visit About Us.
03. Billing & Account Accuracy
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made.
Obligations of the Patron: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions at Classymanshop. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Failure to provide accurate data may lead to delays in Shipping & Delivery.

04. Limitation of Liability
Classymanshop does not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.
Direct & Consequential Damages: In no case shall Classymanshop, our directors, or our artisans be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs arising from your use of any of our products. Our liability is capped strictly at the amount paid for the product in question, as governed by our Return & Refund Policy and our Legal Disclaimer.
05. Termination of Service
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. Any fraudulent activity or attempt to manipulate an order unfairly will result in a permanent ban from our studio.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of our registered business location.
